All 18 models in the Relanovo range are listed for OEM/ODM cooperation. Certificate documents and test reports are supplied with the quotation and sample so your compliance team can map records to the exact version ordered.
OEM & ODM Questions
What is the difference between your OEM and ODM service?
OEM means we build to your design or reference sample — logo, packaging, colour and configuration changes on an existing platform. ODM means we develop the product with you: industrial design, prototyping, DFM review and new tooling, based on a concept or a market gap you describe.
Who pays for tooling, and who owns it?
For private label, colour and most structural changes no new tooling is required. For full ODM projects the tooling cost is quoted separately and confirmed before work starts; ownership and any exclusivity attached to the tooling are stated in the project agreement.
Can I get exclusivity for my market?
Exclusivity can be discussed for a defined territory, sales channel and volume commitment. Tell us the market and annual quantity you can support and we will state clearly what can be granted and for how long.
Is there a sample fee, and is it refunded?
Existing-model samples are charged at sample price plus freight. Where a sample leads to a confirmed bulk order within an agreed period, the sample cost is normally credited against that order — the exact terms appear in your quotation.
What inspection standard do you work to?
Production runs under ISO 9001:2015 quality management with pre-shipment inspection to an agreed AQL level. Electrical testing and finished-product inspection are completed before packing, and the inspection report is released with the shipment.
Can I mix models or colours in one order?
Yes. Mixed-model and mixed-colour orders are common for first purchases and for mixed container loading. The MOQ then applies to each version, so we will show you the per-version minimum when quoting.
Do you sign an NDA before we share a design?
Yes. We can sign a mutual NDA before you share drawings, a reference sample or a concept. Send your own template or ask us for ours at the brief stage.
Who handles certification for my market?
The current range already carries CE, UKCA, RoHS, FCC and REACH documentation, with FDA registration available on request. If your market needs a different approval, we will tell you whether existing test reports cover it or whether additional testing is required, and who applies.
What payment terms do you accept?
Standard terms are a deposit to start production with the balance before shipment, by T/T bank transfer. Other arrangements can be discussed for repeat or annual-volume programmes.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome and a live video call can be arranged at any time. The plant is ISO 9001:2015 certified and BSCI audited; see the factory profile or request the audit and certificate documents.
